Hi. I'm the newbie. I'm thinking about getting an ipt 64G, but am wondering if the mike on the headphones will enable me to use it for skype. If not, is there a mike available as an option? It seems that i can't get an Iphone without a contract...

    Your kind replies appreciated.

I use it all the time and it works great. I have a monthly acct about two or three dollars a month and worth it.

No need to hold the mic up to your mouth. It picks up clearly.

Only problem I have is I can hear an echo of my voice about half a second after I speak. It gets destracting when I hear myself butting in to my own conversation.

    Good luck!
