site understaffed?

    this site seems terribly understaffed to me, there are an insane amount of tech help threads and many don't get answered for days (if ever). In my experience if a thread get's answered it's a one reply deal which usually doesn't solve the problem, after which the thread dies, often because it get's buried in the newer threads on top of it.

    Excuse me but, we're all humans that do this job for free of helping people. So if you have a Problem with your iDevice, you may aswell go to the Genius Bar if you're unsatisfied with our speed.

    That necessarily wouldn't be just the staff's problem, it's the regular users "problem" as well.
    IMO, it's slightly understaffed but it doesn't seem it's to the point where things aren't getting done.

    So you are basically creating two threads for one? And by using this thread to bash the staff, and trying to get help on your other thread? Troll?
