SiP-VoiP [Full Guide]

    I. Preparation
    ________________________________

    Let's all begin by getting prepared. By now you should have your iPod Touch or Iphone Jailbroken. If you don't have your device Jailbroken you must do so.
    It's time to add the Official TouchMods.net Repo.
    Put this in your Sources:
    http://touchmods.net/rep.xml
    After you have added this. Refresh Installer!

    II. Installation
    ________________________________
    The installation process is pretty straight forward. All you have to do is press a couple of buttons. Lets begin. Open up installer, let it refresh sources then go to recent packages. Ok now you should be at recent packages. You Should see "Touchmods SIP-VoiP" Install this. After Installation restart your iPod Touch / iPhone.

    III. Set Up
    ________________________________

    The set up may different for all users, it all depends on their service. So you can look at this thread for a major list of service providers.
    Ok after you created an account at a service provider we can now continue.

    Set it up. To set your account up you will need the fallowing:
    • Username:
    • Password:
    • Registrar:
    After You have set this up you can hit save.
    If you still need helping finding your Registrar look at this thread

    IV. Customize

    Probably the funnest part of this whole process. Customizing this application. There is many themes you can download. You can download this pack with over 10 Skins/Themes for free. Thanks to www.ipodtouchtutorials.com
    Yup, now you have a better looking "SIP-VoiP" Application.

    V. Lets Call NOW!

    Yup your near completion. Insert you destination phone #.
    This format will be the one we will use. Inside the (USA)
    1-719-330-####

    Ok. The first number is always 1. Now the next 3 numbers is the area code. For me its 719 (Colorado Springs, Colorado) Right Next to the Area code goes the number.
    Easy as that!

    Call some one, Prank Call some one, be you.

    I wouldnt be suprised if they switched to this one though. Yours is good, but this one is much more noob proof. (not like its hard to begin with though:confused:)

    hey great guide man, but wen i try making a call from the ipot nothing happens, calls work from my pc but not on ipot. any idea?

    im using voipraider if thats any help

    Check you password and username, they are case sensitive. The iPot automatically capitalizes the first letter of your password. This was my problem for a while until i figured out what was going on.

    well the voip program shows that i have signed on from another computer so i know my info is good. still wont call, oh well i'll keep messin with it

    I actually just tried that service and It wasnt working. Try Restarting your device after you edit or add new information. Try voipbuster i used it and it worked.

    Did you miss type any of the inputs? that might be your problem. That was my problem for a bit, which caused it to not be able to make a call.
