OK, I have SIP-VoIP installed, and it is working properly (i think)
I also have a pair of Motorola HT820 headphones (bluetooth enabled)
I purchased a bluetooth adapter for my iPod Touch today, I have connected the adapter and my Headphones.
The problem I am having is switching over to the SIP-VoIP app, and being able to talk on the headset. The music plays fine, my cell phone connects and interrups the music so i can talk, then switches back after I hang up. I have turned the bluetooth off on my cell so there is no conflict. But can't use the bluetooth for phone function on iPod.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Or anyone know of a solution?

Bluetooth is not supported on Sip-Voip. Touchmods is still working on it though. Sorry.
