    I use SendInput & a seperate thread :)

Make sure the window that pops up does not lose focus.
The program works by simulating keyboard presses. So whatever has focus
    will get the key presses.

I might release a version that forces the window to hold focus until its finished.

Could you please add an automatic task kill of "AppleMobileDeviceService.exe" and "iPodService.exe" ? (Two times : one before sending the big code with mw... ..., and one before doing the first "go /exit").

With this auto task kill, it'd be PERFECT ! :D

    I don't think so.
Keeping it at the top most window would be cool, yup.
But I need to kill AppleMobileDeviceService.exe with CTRL+ALT+DEL else it won't work.
Killing it (google will help you, it should be easy to implement that) would make your program the coolest boot helper :p
