Please read the top of the thread. You have to already have jailbroken
sucessfully once. From then on you use this tool.

IT worked! i used a different tutorial it worked! can i use it the first time i boot up my ipod?
cuz its restoring

You use it when your ipod reboots.
You can test it by simply following the instructions.
