They have wrote a review about the recently released Shure SE115s: http://i.gizmodo.com/5191218/shure-se115-in ear-headphones-review-the-new-top-buds
This review might be satisfactory to some users looking for an upgrade from iBuds, but this review does suck to be honest. I mean, they ranked the SE110 as #1 in their battle? How does that even work out since they lack bass, and that really kills the music a bit.
Anyway, if I do get some money I might review these.

There's other audiophiles on iPtf as well. I would say Danls is becoming one, migui is one and so is vincewalker.

Hey, I've been one for a while, just haven't previously had the funds (or the rank) to get decent equipment!

I wouldn't consider myself one, I like looking at headphones and it's definitely an interest but I lack the knowledge. Lol to me it's just about sound quality: bad, good, or awesome.

Wouldn't consider myself as one as well. lol. I'm more of a music lover. I'd take a crap on the hd800 if it made my music sound bad to my ears.

    ....

On second thought, I think I'd just sell it. lol

just bought these Shure SE115 and I think the sound quality is not my cup of tea..I found it to be really flat - doesn't have good bass or good highs. I wouldn't recommend them...

I meant go for expensive shures or some ie8's. I currently have Shure E4g's. I am well aware of how horrible skullcandy is.

As well, that's good, always good to talk to someone who can relate. Do you have those guys at your school who are like "Your f**king retarded, I can get em for a buck at the dollar store." I hate when people say that, they just don't understand.
