Yep just install a an app called MNPlight onto the ipod and drag your pls files into a directory : /var/root/Library/MNPlight/radios/

To save the pls files go to the shoutcast and right click on the are you usually click to stream it through the media player and go to save as.. The file you save drag it into that folder. Then launch the MNPlight app and go to radios and click on the station name and it'll stream through quicktime.

    Take Care,
    Jon

I've been using Tversity to stream Shoutcast streams over my local network. Of course this was before I jailbroke the thing, but it works very well. Though I've yet to figure out how to get it to transcode OGG streams correctly.
