I have an '07 Macbook pro. 2.16 GHZ, 2gb ram, 120gb hd, 15". I want a new unibody macbook pro. I don't care if it is refurbished. Should i upgrade to this? Or is it not worth it?
I really like the new ones. With the unibody and everything. Or should i go down to a 13"?

I'd get the 15" over the 13" any day; size-wise, they are not that much bigger, but offer increased performance and a bigger screen. A bit too pricey for me but that's just me. It's your decision to make.

You have a pretty good computer currently. But the upgrade is a pretty good one. I wouldn't get a 13-inch one, used to have one and they are just too small (unless you're looking for a ultraportable laptop).

A 13 inch Macbook isn't even that portable. If someone wanted portability, they should go for a netbook or.. iPod Touch
