My current firmware of iPod touch is 2.2.1. I was considering upgrading it to 3.0, but I have heard some kinda rumors that 3.0 is still a bit unstable. Is it? Plus that bluetooth thing ain't any good either, people have been complaining about it, and suggesting iBluetooth (in b/w what's iBluetooth?). Also I've heard of more power consumption in 3.0.

So, in nut shell, should I go for upgradation now, or should I wait for some stabler version?

i bit the bullet and upgraded because wanted to try out Redsn0w. I just notice a slight sluggish but not too much to cause a hindrance. So far haven't had any problems yet. iPhone have more of an incentive to upgrade because its free and probably MMS is the big plus.
