Hey guys ( I promise that next time I won't start out with that!)
I found a site that will let you download ISPW files, and I need 3.1.3 to jailbreak, and today I had a problem getting 4.0 so bad with my computer that I had to go to a freinds house to get it restored on her comp, cause my touch was stuck on the connect to itunes screen.
So, should I take that chance and do it, or hold off untill I get my desktop running?

    Thanx in advance, swiftskii

Well you don't need to restore to get out of recovery. I use TinyUmbrella to kick my device out of recovery after I do somethings. Well if you plan on using 3.1.3 Jailbroken with Spirit then you might as well do it now.

I don't understand what the risk is. You think it's a bad site?

That is a piracy link, you might want to take it off.

Yes since older devices had to pay for some of the firmwares, it is illegal.
