I'm wondering whether or not I should return my macbook pro... webpages are loading very slowly like even loading this page to write this post took a good 2 minutes. Either i will return it or put more RAM into it which do you guys think I should do

Lol none. It's not the Mac's problem, something is probably up with your internet connection.

Edit: Whether it's the fastest or not, it's much more powerful than other MacBooks. If the other MacBooks (even several years old) can load faster than this, it can't be the computer's problem.

Anyway, upgrading RAM (if it were possible on this Mac) wouldn't increase the speed anyway. You don't need that much RAM just to surf the web.

You can't upgrade the RAM on the retina as everything under the cover is glued or soldered in place like the Macbook Air.

Sounds like an internet connection problem. Nothing to do with the actual computer

The Retina MacBook Pro is the fastest MacBook ever made. Unless there's some horrible hardware glitch (there isn't) then it is definitely you internet connection. Are you on a public network? If so try getting a mobile Internet device like a MiFi. If it is your own network, try putting a password on your WiFi to keep anyone else from using it. After that your only option would be to upgrade your service.

There is no way it is the computer, it is the fastest Mac on the market. It is your Internet.

You cannot upgrade the RAM, Hard Drive, or anything yourself. It is soldered onto the motherboard like the Macbook Airs. What you get when you order the MacBook Pro with Retina Display is what you're gonna get.
