Hi, i have a 2g ipod touch running the 3.0 firmware...
    I was wondering...should i jailbreak it?
If so...what are the pros and cons? I know that it voids the warrenty, but mine is almost up anyway...
Can you also give me instructions on how to do it and where from...and if you feel like it, tips and tricks with it...and maybe suggest apps to get...
Thank you for your help XD

it doesn't void it if something happens you can just restore

    you can download themes

you can have tweaks such as have 5 icons at the bottom of the screen

you can have a weather icon

Maybe a little, but for me it runs just as fast as a nonjailbroken, go ahead and jailbreak and see how you like it, theres lots of cool features and stuff that you can get when you jailbreak, if i were you i would jailbreak.

I don't think there is a app that can bypass the security code. But, it will NOT delete any apps

Just a heads up, cydia might crash or glitch up a few times. But they fixed most of the glitches and bugs.

    Good luck

There are almost no downsides to jailbreaking other than the fact that the boot time for your ipod gets longer.

Wow....it's his first post and it's criticism...

@OP Jailbreaking is awesome, i suggest jailbreaking your iPod, see how you like it and then either stick with it or restore it back to normal if it's not for you.
