Jailbreaking with greenp0ison took me about...5 minutes? Somewhere near there, it was VERY easy to complete and gives you on screen instructions (unless that's limera1n) but still they're both very easy to jailbreak your iPod with.

really? damn, lucky you. what did you do. like...well i cant explain it but when i tried it all it did was to keep on showing the apple sign on my ipod screen every moment (and the apple sign had a line). i had the "loader" app from greenpois0n but i didnt know i had to install it when i saw it in my ipod or wait til the "jailbreak complete!" button to light up. what did you do if you can explain to me please...but then i dont even know if i wanna trust it..thanks

If your iPod touch 4g has given you the 20% remaining thingo then DONT jailbreak because jailbreaking uses battery but if you dont get that defeniently jailbreak some of the best productivity apps come from jailbreaking

I think you shouldnt jailbreak your itouch 4 because if a problem occurs you may loose it forever.

when i got my 4g for christmas i had no idea what jailbreaking was then a month later i was jailbroken. its awesome. though i only use the jailbreak for a few .plist hacks, (battery percentage, disabled multitasking, and disabled wallpapers) sbsettings, ifile, and bochs.

this is so f*cking untrue. with the dfu mode that apple has added it is impossible to brick an idevice.
