i primarily want the wallpaper but is multitasking worth it? what can i exactly do with multitasking that i cant do without. i only care about music. doesnt music playwhile i on ebuddy without multitasking? because when i have no jb battery is fine but after the multitasking, battery drains so i might consider only installing wallpaper

    Don't enable Multi-tasking.
The musik will still play behind other apps.

does wallpaper burn battery if i deletted all the overlays or do i have to delete them again because i updated to 4.1

also i edited plists. if i jb with snowbreeze will multitasking come back even if i dont check it? because it wrote multitask is true in the edit.

I would suggest not using multi tasking or wallpapers. Both you can get though Cydia. My 2g was so sluggish and the battery drained really fast, even with deleting the icon shadows for the background. Just a suggestion though. ^_^

Yeah the way apple made the wallpapers is slower for some reason, i think its because they have to move when you open a folder. If you dont use folders just get user wallpaper for winterboard. Multitasking is pretty slow and buggy, a better alternative (IMO) is multiflow and backgrounder

When I enabled wallpaper on my 2g it was slow and drained battery, multitasking idk much about though.

True i agree about winterboard. I dont think there are any alternatives but definitely check out multiflow for multitasking
