Should I get it replaced?

    It has the light leakage along the right and left side, and I can the ticking sound when I record video.

    If you can get a new one I definitley would. No reason not to get your moneys worth.

    agreed. get it replaced. dont feel wierd about going to exchance it. I have had 6 ipod touch 4s.

    It's a defect, so I'd get it replaced. I replaced four of them for a myriad of problems before I finally gave up, so hopefully you'll have better luck than I. Good luck!

    get it replaced, got mine replaced for light leak (wich they didnt even check to confirm lol) and now i have a perfect one

    If you use your iPod in a pitch black area with 100% brightness, get it replaced, otherwise, it's not worth the trip up to the Apple Store.

    If you can see the light leak easily, and don''t have to be in complete darkness (like mine was), then I'd get it replaced. However if it's minor, you might just get a replacement with the same thing. As far as the ticking goes?? I must be lucky because BOTH of the 4Gs I have owned have NOT had the ticking with wifi on.
