Should I get an iPhone 4S or and iPad 2?

    I'm in the market for a new phone, so for Christmas I either want the 4S or an iPad 2. I really can't decide. I think I'm leaning towards the iPad 2 because I already have a smart-ish phone and an iPod touch 4. Thoughts or comments? Thanks.

    No one really "needs" an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. I'm only 14 so under the circumstances, I probably don't need one.

    Do you know if there's supposed to be any price drops or sales on them soon? Anything that'll help not having to pay $500. I'd feel bad for my dad.
