Should I get a MacBook Pro now?

    Hello everyone, I have been thinking about develop apps for iPhone/iPod Touch for some time but guess what? I didnt have a Mac

    , 1 month ago my Sony Vaio died and decided it was the perfect time to get a Mac, I was thinking about getting a MacBook Pro 15" i5 but I read somewhere that the cycle is about to end and I should get the mac only if I really need it, Im a Computer System engineering student so I kinda need a laptop, but I would like to get some advices before spending 1.9k , thanks.

    Honestly, same thing I tell everybody else. Save yourself an assload of money and get a PC laptop with better specs. But if you are DYING to get a MacBook, wait. A new one should be coming out very soon.

    I would get a good PC laptop and hackintosh it, but be careful and only buy a laptop you can install it on.

    Buy a PC Laptop with some nice specs and hackintosh it.

    I'm pretty sure it's better to buy a normal PC, since they are cheaper and have better CPU's and GPU's and just hackintosh it. It's pretty easy now. But you'll need a separate HDD/partition.

    Thanks for the advice guys, I think Im getting the Alienware M15x, I will use it for gaming and coding for work/college/Android , if I could hackintosh to use the iPhone SDK it would be sweet, if anyone has another suggestion about any other laptop it would be appreciated
