If $100 isn't a big deal, change it. If you're saving $100 for something else, then no worries! I have a 32 gig and it's perfect.

How much space would the TV shows and movies take? If it's at least 5gb, I say go for the 64gb, especially if you're planning to take videos on your iPod.

32 seems fine 14GB left for all that stuff is good, no worries.

From my personal experience, Last year I went with the 32GB thinking it would suffice, then i experienced buyer's remorse for not spending the extra 100 bucks to get the most storage available. Had I ordered the 64GB last year, i probably could have avoided the upgrade this year even though new Touch is pretty good. Hope this helps

Well actually, you're not going to be able to utilize the entire 32GB of space because the device reserves space for system files, remember? Go for the 64GB!

It's actually ~29gb, so ~11gb left. And this is assuming that he doesn't get any new music.

64GB for the win, but really, My advice is to get the 64GB. I've always had the 32GB and while the space was good, I've always wanted and needed more storage for my TV shows and Movies without having to remove a movie everytime i've wanted to put a new one on.
