The main reason -although I was skeptical- to update to 9.0.1 was the new feature of home screen arrange from itunes, but I'm not getting that feature, maybe it's because my jailbroken device?? any clue

I haven't tried because I don't want to mess anything up. Hopefully someone will help us out. Anyone know if you can organize you jailbroken apps too?

It should work on jailbroken iPods, but even if it doesn't, somebody will eventually make some kind of mod to get around it.

Yes. This is true. It requires 3.1.x.

reorganising apps in ituens works for me. i've got a 1st gen touch with Five Icon Dock and Stack v3 which i was rather surprised itunes didn't have a fit at. itunes does weird things with poofed icons but after sync everything appears fine.

i did find an incompatability with MMP Flip which made syncing in itunes put me in safemode, but i uninstalled that and its fine.

It works on Jailbroken iPods, if you have winterboard on your iPod you even get the themed icons.

I am running 3.0 jailbroken and that feature is not working for me. I am going to try upgrading and see if that works.

It will not work on 3.0 jailbroken or not. Only 3.1 and up.
