Shipping question for NeoTouch

    So yeah, I just ordered the black NeoTouch today around 3PM. I ordered it with paypal on their website, and was wondering if they wait until the transaction is 100% complete before shipping? I'm a tad bit disappointed that the transaction through paypal isn't instantaneous but oh well. Shipping's going to take FOREVER considering that I live in Alaska... San Francisco to Anchorage Alaska...hmm. Anyways I just wanted to know if SwitchEasy ships out your order as soon as they can, even if you use paypal? Thanks for responses!

    I think they'll process your order on Monday. Because Mon-Fri are business days.

    Yeah...they still haven't sent me a USPS tracking order and I ordered it last Friday....wth. Paypal transaction is 100% complete, so $32.99(with shipping) is in their paypal account. I know switcheasy is legitimate but I'm a bit concerned I'll end up waiting two weeks to a month

    Well, I had my uncle look for a place that sold it, he found a place but won't get me it for a week. Lmao.
    I guess he's going up there next week or something... I want my case now though.

    I should be getting an email back from switcheasy support today. I sent in an inquiry on Monday. Last time support only took 1 day..oh well. I feel the way right now, I REALLY Want my neotouch right now haha

    Lol dont worry SwitchEasy won't run away with your money they have better things to do. And if a company does run away with your money then you can use paypal to complaint if that is what you use as a payment method.

    Welp, its been 7 business days days since I've ordered my NeoTouch....no tracking number, no notice of confirmation except paypal telling me that the money has successfully been deposited into SwitchEasy's account. Anyone experience the same thing when ordering with SwitchEasy? Maybe I'll have to start a dispute with SwitchEasy after all....or maybe they just forgot to send me a USPS tracking code and its already on its way possibly?

    Lol well if you know their phone number please tell me by private message please? As far as I know, SwitchEasy does not have a public phone number....wish they did. If anyone has their phone number, I need it thanks!

    Yay, finally got a good reply back from SwitchEasy support for once.
    Hi!

    Looks like your payment option was what was taking so long. You paid by eCheque and it only cleared on the 8th. So your package is probably being shipped as we speak. Sorry for the delay.

    You should all read this e-mail though (might be boring ^_^)
    That's a bit funny that you mention how you have to wait for my "eCheque" needing to clear in this e-mail that you responded back to today April 10th 2009. Its funny because in my e-mail I mentioned that the transaction CLEARED and the money successfully deposited into your Paypal account, it did IN FACT clear a day before you sent this e-mail. I'm sorry, I'm just a bit frustrated because it seems ridiculous. Here, let me copy and paste my Paypal receipt and statement below:

    Hi, I had bought the NeoTouch black for the iPod Touch 2G from you guys on
    4/3/09 via Paypal. On 4/8/09, paypal had successfully deposited $32.99 into
    your Paypal account. Paypal transaction ID: [transaction ID removed] . I had
    believed that I would received a USPS tracking code at latest Monday because previously a customer support member "Eva" told me that quote:

    "All transactions will be processed within 24 Hours Monday to Saturday and
    a Tracking Number will be sent to your default Pay Pal email address when
    the orders are ready to be shipped out by our Carrier USPS." So what I am wondering is what is happening, is this an issue with USPS? Is there a pile-up at your guy's end? Why haven't I received a tracking code from USPS yet? I also had sent in a support inquiry on 4/6/09 (Monday) regarding these issues ahead of time, but still have not received any support as of today (4/9/09) Thursday. I would greatly appritiate answers to my questions. Thanks for replies.
