Yeah, recently, I went on a downloading spree, and while trying to download "Lexitron" the thing crashed, and now it shows up on the screen as a question mark, and when you open it you have to re-boot the iPod, and now when I open installer and try and download anything it says either "main script execution failed" or it just crashes.
    It's really annoying.

And, I was also wondering if you can manually delete/install apps through SSH.
Would it work if you just copied the app to the applications folder ?
Or do you need to do something else, and also I've tried to delete bad apps in the past through SSH, and they deleted on the SSH thing, but still showed up on the springboard.

I am on firmware 1.1.4, using a mac.

Oh, and is there a way to view all your sources ? As a list or something ? Because if I try and view the sources in installer, some of them are like "http://iclarified/phone....
And I can't see all of it, so is there a way to see all of the words ?

Haha, and one last question, if I upgraded to 2.0, you would have app store, and installer ?
And if you did have installer would you be able to download things normally, because maybe like they aren't compatible with 2.0 or something ?

Sorry to sound like an idiot or whatever, but I couldn't find it anywhere else really.

    Thanks

you probably reached the 300 mb space limit for your applications. try deleteing all the ones you dont want anymore then you could probly download more things. there is also some tutorials on how to move the applications folder so that it does naot have a space limit. just search for them. hope this helped.

    1) You can use Pwnagetool to get on 2.0 Custom Firmware That includes Cydia, The App Store, And Installer.

2)Just go into Installer/Cydia and Uninstall Lexitron

    3) You can delete apps via SSH, Then you need to REBOOT.

    Restore Helps too.

You can drag and drop apps into the /Applications folder. (Same thing as installing)

Alrighty, thanks for all the help.
I think I'll just do a fresh restore, and make a backup of all the apps and all their folders or whatever.
    Thanks again.
