This morning I went into the Settings application (Preferences.app) and went to change some strings using iStrings (available in Cydia) but when I went to enter text, Preferences.app crashed. I then started up Settings again and went into Supreme Preferences. I tried to enter text and the same thing happened, it crashed. So it seems anytime I try to enter text in a field Preferences.app crashes.

    Help would be greatly appreciated

Try disabling Supreme Preferences and then see if you can do it without it.

For some reason I didn't think of that... I'm going to do that now

No, didn't help. I just disabled Supreme Preferences using WinterBoard... should I uninstall it? Or just reboot my device?

I haven't really done anything recently except change up images (I backed up originals) in CoreServices (/System/Library/CoreServices)

When running Safe Mode, I can enter text in Settings/Preferences.app
