    So recently I jailbroke my 1.1.3 Touch with ZiPhone and it worked fine. After I had downloaded a few apps, I realized that my Settings icon was gone. This is a problem because I need this to access different WiFis. Does anyone know how to solve this problem without restoring and starting over?
    I do not have any apps installed that are meant to hide icons or anything, so I have no clue why it would be hidden. I just assume that it got deleted somehow.

    I know you said you don't have anything that hides things but do you have Customize?

    If so check through customize as it could hide it too.

    Look through Icon Display Order > Manual Reorder > look for Settings and tap the Eye at the top and tap Settings if it's not got a grey eye next to it. Then tap Display Order > Customize then tap the home button

    Hope that helped.

    try using winscp then ssh to your ipod, if you can... then look for Preferences.app under /Applications/

    then look for the Info.plist, open it then look for this

    <array>
    <string>hidden</string>
    </array>

    </dict>
    </plist>

    delete them that are in red, Be sure to backup

    Ah right, I'm not on 2.0 as I don't actually like how it is yet - i'll update when it's ready.

    Try using Owie's way that should work
