Hey there people! Just got my iTouch (sadly 3g, meaning no jailbreaking

). Apart from that, it's going all well infact, but I would like to connect my iTouch to a wifi, but there is not wifi access points around. Fortunately, I have a USB WiFi adapter (It's actually a Nintendo WiFi USB Connector, which I managed to hack so it receives Wifi G connections).

So, I just wanted to know, what would be the way to create a wireless network using the adapter, that would then connect to the modem to receive internet? I've gone to the wireless network wizard; created a network called abcde (and the password 12345) and tried to connect through my iTouch, but it doesn't show up. Any ideas?

Just want to say thanks in advance

I'm not familiar with the Nintendo Wifi Connector but make sure the network isn't hidden, which is usually a setting you can specify when you make the network. Also check and see if a computer sees the network,
