I just recently set up my new ipod touch on my macbook pro at home, but now I'm traveling for work and only have access to a pc. When I plug in the ipod to the USB it gives an error trying to install drivers and never shows up in itunes and does not appear to be charging.

Please help, I'll be away for a week and need a way to charge it.

So I just figured it out... the iTunes on my work laptop was way out of date. Once I upgraded to 7.5, iTunes recognized the touch and is now charging it.
