I jailbroke a friend's ipod, but he had to re jailbreak it because he accidently restored it or something. I installed winterboard on his ipod already, but whenever I choose user wallpaper in winterboard, it makes no difference. I set it in the ipod touches settings already, so I don't know why it is just a black background. How do I get it to show up?

Go to pictures, and choose the picture, and hit set as background, or wallpaper.

He said he did that already. Solution: Bring "User Wallpaper" all the way to the top.

I didn't understand that the way he wrote it. Not very clear. But yes, if you did, then do as Coca Cola said, bring it to the top of everything in winterboard.
