SERIOUSLY need HELP please

    My computer won't recognize my ipod and its not turning on at all. also the battery wasn't dead.

    i try force restore but noting happens.

    Try DFU mode.

    Charge it. Or send it back to Apple for a replacement.

    Ok, this is how you do it, you take a big rock and smash the hell outa the ipt, then you take it to apple and said a fatso sat on it.

    No, don't do that.
    Your computer won't recorgnize, because it may be your usb cable's problem, try restoring your ipt on another computer.

    How am i suppose to DFU it if my computer don't recognize?

    -It won't charge for my computer don't recognize it.
    -Its jailbroken.
    -its not the cable or my computer, because my friend use MY cable on his laptop to plug in his iphone and it worked, so i know its not my cable. I also try connecting my ipt to his laptop and it still ain't work.

    It should recognize it if it's in DFU.
