Okay. I had to restore my iPod to get the Mail application working. On windows, every time I restore my iPod, iTunes crashes after about half of the syncing is done, then I have to restart it and do the other half. This time, iTunes now reads EVERYTHING I put on my iPod (11 gb of stuff) as other and it won't let me sync anymore! Any help? I reset my ipod, disconnected it, and closed and restarted itunes! I really don't want to restore again. But if I have to I will. Any help?

Go into Settings-General-Reset-Erase All Content and Settings on your iPod.
    Then try resyncing.

That'll put it in restore mode bro ^^^.

But if you know how to get out of it (Which should be fairly simple), then your fine.

I just restored my iPod. Now I am syncing. I just hope that it works.
