Ok now. I have been checking some few threads on this site on how to repair little bugs and stuff like that. Let me tell you what happenned to me I was on iTunes and my ipod was plugged in maybe 3 days ago. Everything was normal. Then, i see this message asking me to download a new iPod upgrade (I think it was 2.2 or something like that, but lets say its the newest update). I start downloading it. While its loading, im surfing on iTunes store and see those free applications i never saw before. I start downloading the beer thing (iPint) simultaneously with the other download. When the iPint finished (before ipod upgrade), my iTunes crashed. Problems start. Suddendly, my whole comp freezes. I close my computer manually by pressing the big button on the monitor, because I have to (tried everything but forget it). I re-open it, and what did I see? THE BSOD. Now I dont feel my comp is f***ed up after all, but got a bad feeling about this. I re-restart again and it works. Ok. Now, my iPod is totally handicapped. The image it shows is the "Plug the usb in itunes". I did the restore trick by pressing both home button and the one on top. Does nothing. When i open it again, its still the same image. Also, my computer doesn't recognise AT ALL my iPod. When i'm plugging it in by usb, Windows says "install the pilot software for unknown device" or something like that. I click yes, but it doesnt find anything. Itunes doesnt see it. Its like totally invisible. Ps: I never cracked it or whatsoever. I was always clean Is it game over for me?
