serious problem here

    hi there i have a problem here

    i was playing my ipod touch ytd and suddenly it auto shuts down and pops out this msg

    i tried everything i could...restoring it seems to stop at a point and it comes back to this msg again....it pops out error 1604..i search online for help on it...deleted the itunepref xml files in application data...and still the same... any help will be greatly appreciated

    I see it is jailbroken.

    Were you in SSH, or Terminal, maybe?

    I would say, anyone who has such atrocious spelling has no business in SSH or Terminal.

    The keystrokes you make are everything, in SSH or Terminal.

    Do not contact Apple Support, while the device is in the jailbroken state.

    Search: Error 1604 in this forum.

    if nothing else just dfu, restore, re-jailbreak.
