    Hi All,

I was wanting help with an issue regarding contact lists.

I have my iPhone syncing with Google Contacts for my personal stuff but also need it to sync with Outlook for my work contacts. As far as I can see this is possible to do but both contact lists either merge or replace each other during syncing.

So my question is there a way to have two independant contact lists on the iPhone, for instance does a seperate app exist for contacts so they wont interfere when syncing?

The iPhone isn't jail broken yet but soon will be.

If you use windows, you can sync your contacts with windows contacts.

Doing so, will enable you to create groups

To create these groups, go to:
    - start
    - Siff
    - Contacts
    - create new contacts group.

This is the way that i use to have all my contacts organized.

thanks for the reply, as far as I know Windows Contacts is for Vista/Windows 7 users, I am still on XP.

I could use WAB but I think the same issue would occur when I sync the contacts they would merge together, the main problem is that the work contact list I merge with via Outlook is shared with other colleagues and I dont think they need to know what my Grandmother's telephone number is.
