This is total crap. I sent in my 16GB touch 2 weeks ago because Apple actually recommended it over the phone due to several instances of all music/video disappearing as well as apps crashing (but mostly due to the disappearing media). So I send it in, I check the status online and it says "no problem found, returning original product". I get it back and it's already malfunctioning again. Seriously, what do I do?! Call and get a supervisor on the line or what?
