I have a jailbroken 2nd gen iPod Touch. I used the redTool0.99 to make the custom firmware for it, then I restored the firmware with it. After that I used boot helper to boot my iPod Touch for the first time. It all worked nicely. After that i synced my iPod and I knew that i would have to reboot it after the jailbreak. The sync finished and boom my iPod loaded straight up I never had to reboot again. I sync every night and have had a jailbroken iPod for about three weeks now. Does this mean that I have an have an Un-thethered jailbreak? If so I would love to upload all my stuff so I can help everyone get this. If you don't believe me i'll be making a video of my sync so all can believe.

No, does Cydia work? Semi-tethered means it will boot into an UN-jailbroken mode unless you boot it from ur computer. All unsigned apps (Cydia, WinterBoard, etc) will be killed by the kernel if you try to open them.

    Some things to show:
    Volume buttons on side/curved back
    No cord at bottom
Show yourself going into Cydia, dling something. Play an NES game or something.
Turn it off and back on again and let's see you play NES or something like that.
