2: Well i really dunno so i was hoping i could get some advise tetherd or semi tetherd (and if semi tetherd what apps will run fine) i wanna know which one you people think is better intill the non tetherd jailbreak comes out and if it does thanks.

On topic: I can't speak from personal experience, but I hear that the semi tethered version is very buggy/crashy.

Just another question, is it possible to go from a tethered jb to a semi-tethered jb without losing all your apps and such?

Semi-tethered is indeed unstable. I wasn't able to reboot for some time so I just restored and went back to tethered.
