So, all I have to do is replace the firmware bundle and the Cydia bundle in the windows tutorial like this: [WINDOWS] redsn0w jailbreak [tethered] and do excalty what it says? IF I do do this, can I use a program like redTool or HitBoot to boot my iPod into the jailbreak? I know I can also boot normally. Thanks for the help!

This was answered in the other thread you asked in -- No, you can't use the GUI tools because different commands are run for the tethered JB vs the semi tethered JB

Now, It would be cool if Cydia installed the Jailbroken applications down onto the other firmware instead of the Jailbroken one. xD
