SDK is Software Development Kit, going to be released by Apple sometime in February of 08- making third party apps legal on the Touch.

Heh, cool you live by the Hood Canal Bridge. I have flown over that while going for my pilot's license many times, probably over your place! ^^

    Legal?

The Apple SDK will make developing native apps available to companies that will work with Apple. The SDK won't be given to 3rd party hackers (...err... developers). It won't necesarily make 3rd party apps legal... The big-corporation apps will be offered through iTunes.

Don't take anything I just said for fact, I'm just repeating what has been said on this forum before. I have no proof of most of this and know nothing about the "law"
