Well, with the release of 1.1.4, many were expecting the SDK to be released. However, we had been let down, even though last week it was said it was to be delayed 1-3 weeks. However, there seems to be a great deal of confusion going on around here about what the SDK is. SDK stands for Software Developers Kit. It is a set of tools for an authorized company to create legal and official applications for iPhone and iPod touch. SDK IS NOT AN APPLICATION. You can look for years, and you will never see an SDK app on the springboard, or even somewhere hidden in the system files. So to clear things up, SDK is NOT an app, and never will be (unless someone makes something called SDK.app). It is for developers to create apps. I hope this clears up some confusion. Edit: Should this be stickied? Edit 2: Okay, it is not an app for the iPhone or iPod touch, but may be for a developers computer.
