Has anyone noticed that when skipping through a song using the slider, you can move up and down to adjust the, "scrubbing rate"?

Anyone actually know what this is? Or what it changes?

I think its the speed at which you skip through the song so at like quarter it will be 4 times slower than the normal speed when you skip through part of the song

"Scrubbing is seeking through an audio or video file either forwards or backwards.

By adjusting the scrubbing rate, you can make more accurate movements (per second) or larger movements (per 10 seconds).

    It's just a control feature."

It does work in video, but it is not displayed like it is in music. Just drag your finger to the bottom of the screen and see how slow it shuttles both online and off.
