    Okay, so I have been trying to change the slider text on my iPod Touch 2g running 2.2.1 firmware. I'm using the SpringBoard.strings in the no.lproj folder, the norwegian one. I opened it, copied everything inside the SpringBoard.strings file and converted it to XML and copied it back to the file and saved it. Now the slider text on my lockscreen only says "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL", and the power slider looks almost the same. How can I fix this? Here is the backup I took of the original SpringBoard.strings, but it doesn't fix anything if I replace the destroyed SpringBoard.strings with the backup. LINK: http://[PIRACY.ut]/file/m73tkm

    How can I fix this?

    That SpringBoard.strings file doesn't look anything like I would expect.
    Personally, I would just delete the folder en.lproj

    currently, the only text my file has in it is -

    "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "Know Thyself";
