I will be getting two cases for the itouch 3g casemate barely there case and a Switcheasy rebel touch which both come with screen protectors. So i want to know which screen protector should i use or which is better? the one which comes in the casemate or the Switcheasy?

I haven't heard of either. I personally use InvisbleShield by Zagg and find it great.

Switcheasy seems to provide pretty decent screen protectors with their cases (compared to other companies). I'd go with theirs.

casee mate comes with a mirror one so the mirror one should hide lite scratches on the screen.
but you really should get invisible sheild from zagg.
