    Hi,
I am making my own Album Art from my personal pictures as well as using other downloads such as Flickr. I would like to know what is the highest resolution for the screen on the iPod Touch 3rd generation 32mb? Thanks for your help, Ray

The screen resolution itself is 480 by 320 and unmodifiable, but any image u save is automatically (by the CPU) downscaled by size and somewhat quality to fit the screen.

Hi, With 480 x 320 being iPods resolution then I would suggest resizing the pictures at or very near that resolution. I would think that it would eat up more space on the iPod if you didn't, Then again, if it's going to automatically down size your photo to this resolution, it wouldn't matter how high it was. Thanks for your input. Ray
