So I bought my 3g touch on black Friday and I'm noticing
some deep scratches. If I rub my finger over them I can
feel them. Isn't the touch supose to have a scratch proof screen???

    Thanks

No. They will not fix exterior issues such as scratches.

They are scratch resistant, not proof, and not covered under warranty.

yeah, they wont cover scratches. I suggest when you first buy a device, get a full body case and/or screen protector.

if you bought the device with scratches already on it then you can take it back to the store and complain for a refund but its your word against theirs

Edit didnt see when you bought it, you would have to have it sent off repair which isnt covered by the waranty

Have you made contact with rocks after buying it? Rocks scratch it more than keys and pointy needles combined

Screen protectors kick ass! My itouch was once hit by a football.. It looked like the screen had been cracked.. I took the protector off, turned out the screen was fine. The protector had been raped though.
