I just got my invisible shield today, I opened up my iPod Touch, the back was already clean, but for the heck of it, I used a microfiber cloth to clean it, and guess what? It scratched the back of the unit slightly with a few small scratches.

I have had this happen before too. If you have anything on the cloth, even something that you can't see, it will scratch the back of your touch.

I purchased a leather iPhone protective case because the fingerprints were driving me nuts. No more of that.

If you spend more time looking at the back of your iPod than the front, you have issues, haha.

I want to make sure I've got every part of my investment secured. What ticked me off was that it was BRAND NEW microfiber cloth and unused and I used it as soon as I took it out of the package.

So when you noticed this, did you still apply the invisible shield? Or did you exchange for a new unit? Or return, then buy a new unit? Or did you just not care that much and still applied it.
