SBSettings while in an app?

    My home button is broken and i don't want to buy a new home button or mcquickdo, is their anyway i can geto on sbsettings while in an app?

    yes. there is a toggle to "fake the home button". when you toggle it, it closes the app like the home button normally would. sbsettings only works in an app, if the status bar is visible.

    There is an option to use SBSettings in the lock screen but I'm not sure if you could use the close button properly from the lock screen. If it does properly close it from the lock screen then you could see the status bar anytime.

    Or use processes to kill the app from lockscreen.

    ^that doesn't work with cydia.

    You can use "Activator" (free) from cydia. It uses other buttons on the iPhone/iTouch or touch screen commands to emulate different actions. I recomend you try it out to emulate your home button and if you dont like it then you can just uninstall it.
