so im on my ipod touch 2g and its jailbroken with the semi-tethered jalibreak and it boots normally too. i dont have a problem, but i am not sure if i should install sbsettings. i really want it, but someone said it won't boot normally with sbsettings, which defeats the semi-tethered purpose. so please help me. is there a sbsettings fix or patch? does it just work? i dont wanna test it cuz i restored 1000000000 times and rejailbroke trying to find out why my ipod wasnt booting and i finally found the problem was sqlite v3. it was the ONLY thing i installed and then it stopped booting and when i uninstalled it, it still didnt boot so i had 2 restore.

    Wrong.
I also had a few failed attempts to use the patch for sbsettings, but eventually everything worked. As I remember now, first I had wb patch working (able to boot into unjailbroken state), and then installed sbsettings and had it patched.
I'ts really a step by step procedure.
