Get Power tool, it works just fine and you can do soft or hard resprings. It is on Cydia.

Oh, yea and I no that this is a stupid Q but since "Mobile Substrate" is a jailbreak term or comes with jailbreaking it, is safe mode made by apple? (I think not.)

It is absolutely a huge deal.

It is a tool made by saurik that is used to run code over top of springboard instead of through it. It is much safer, and you'll never get SWOD's again.

hmm well it may be a problem because you have too many dylibs installed, after you ahve so many it causes instability on springboard and that may be causing the crash, I am one of the makers of SBSettings so I know its not the code thats the problem, try uninstall one of your springboard hacks and try it again.

I don't think this solution will work, because this is the only dylib I have installed, and it goes into safe mode every time I respring using SBSettings...
