Since iOS 4, I cannot change the brightness and make the toggle stick, i.e. if the brightness is on lowest, the toggle still shows it's medium. The toggle itself works, but doesn't stick the setting.

Also, in 3.1.3 I could disable Activator from SBSettings > More > MobileSubstrate and have SBSettings still open in apps. Now it can't. Is this supposed to be?

And the Phone toggle, when it's turned on, it just makes the network Searching ... instead of Airplane mode.

Yeah, a jailbreak on iOS4 can be a little buggy. It's expected, though. That's why I'm staying on firmware 3.1.3 jailbroken with Spirit. I'm as happy as can be. But making folders by just dragging an icon on top of another is really cool. That's one of the only things I would want. But I also heard that there is a limit to only 12 apps in each of those folders, so...

What you need to do is turn off Auto Brightness in Settings >> Brightness

    That might do it

Nope, didn't work. Respring-ed also. It worked with Auto-brightness on in 3.1.3 too.
