Reinstall SBsettings, disable the battery meter, and uninstall it (as easy as that). One question though, why would you want to uninstall SBsettings if it's one of the most popular jailbreak apps out there (some people jailbreak just to use SBsettings)?

well the app is a battery slaughterer. Even when the ipod is on sleep.

You think so? I've never gotten that that was a battery killer... Now Multiflow was, and so is Backgrounder... But SBSettings? Nah.

look how thin they have to make the battery on the 2g and 3g touch. iPhones have fat batteries and thus more capacity. =]
and backgrounder only kills ur battery when u background with it excessively

I've noticed that if you turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and turn down the brightness a bit, it saves a lot of battery.
