I believe I might have a possible memory leak.

How much available memory does Sbsettings tell you on your Ipod Touch 4g?

It is jailbroken, but, originally i started with a good 140 mb free/available. This past week or two, It has slowly declined (with everything closed of course, processes all x'd, multitasking all clear). The other day it claimed 120 mb free. Then yesterday about 105 mb. Then now, its down to 87 mb. After freeing memory, im up to 113 again (but will obviously decline as sbsettings updates).

Could I have messed up a plist edit or something?
Any tools to help diagnose this problem?

It may also be a cydia plugin: lock info.
It runs a calendar as my lock screen. The native calendar alone. Would that serve responsible for ram consumption?

The only things I have really used my ipod for is Plants vs zombies, tilt to live, aim, facebook and music.

The last plist tweaks I have done are the changing the camera resolutions + enabling HDR.

Every mobile substrate add-on will take up additional free ram. Having multitasking/wallpapers (particularly Apple's)/other stuff enabled will also consume ram.

Did you hit the clear memory button twice? I hit mine up until I get about 164 mb. If I hit it again after that it resprings.

I know the mobilesubstrates consume ram, but is it suppose to keep lowering daily (even when im not addign anything new).

Is it possible that I removed yourtube 2, and the mobile substrates are still active causing memory leaks?

No memory leaks. It's normal system errors. All systems have some small form of this. If it goes to low and can't be fixed with a respring + freeing memory, then restart the device and free memory. If it's still too low for your standards, remove some MS tweaks.

My 3GS gives me about 140MB free but it fluctuates, sometimes I get 130,120 and sometimes even 150. Its not a memory leak its just normal operation of a system.

    Application crash

I've been using my ipod touch for a while. I left it alone for a week and was left with low memory...i tried to free up memory but didnt help it just drained back down from 40 mb to 10 mb. All my applications crash after 30 seconds or so. My apps also all close when i lock screen it. After reboot memory was fine again but after half an hour or so my memory back to 10 mb and apps crash.im have an ipod touch 4g 8gb running ios 5 jailbroken
